Large end market size ($10Bn+) with strong tailwind drivers and limited regulatory, commodity, or technology risks.

“3Ds Business Model” - Disruptive recurring businesses with differentiated value propositions and defensible competitive advantage solving important problems.

Ability to demonstrate consistent growth that outperforms competitors (Top line revenue, cash flow, customer acquisition, etc.)

The ability for Tings Capital to provide strong added value (e.g. new market expansion, new product/service introduction, regulatory complexity navigation, M&A, cost savings, technical hiring, user acquisitions, media outreach, etc.).

60% initial capital preserving exit optionality. 40% concentrated follow-on capital in winners.
